Insert installation machine automatic - TA series
The SPIROL Model TA Automatic Insert Driver is specifically designed for the installation of self-tapping inserts into the plastic housing. It ensures optimal insert performance, as it does not rely on the operator to control all relevant installation factors, thus eliminating any potential deviations that could be caused by human error. This fully automated model is equipped with a stainless steel coated vibratory feeder, a precision ground machine base for easy mounting, pneumatic drive tool with flow controls and uses a micrometer style insertion depth adjustment in order to achieve maximum process precision and production efficiency. It is intended for use with various inserts of sizes from M2 to M6 metric threads as well as No. 2 to 1/4” unified threads.
