These feedwater heaters, manufactured by Alstom, are utilized for coal and oil plants. These heaters are essential as it can improve thermodynamic efficiency while providing minimal fuel consumption and hazardous emission. They are specifically designed for warm and cold start-ups with a minimal shutdown and start up duration.

These are offered in two fundamental types of heaters namely, low pressure feedwater heaters and high pressure feedwater heaters.

The low pressure heaters are mounted between the main condensate pumps and the boiler feedwater pumps. These also comprise of a U-Tube bundle heat exchanger attached in a tube sheet and surrounded by a steam shell. On the other hand, high pressure heaters are mounted between the boiler feedwater pump and the boiler. These provides good thermal conductivity as well as good mechanical properties at high temperatures.

The basic unit is inclusive of a 10 m DN^stainless steel hose. The Airless Spraypack has the basic package with a quarter inch TradeTip 2 nozzle holder, F-thread 2SpeedTip nozzle L10 208/510. And the AirCoat Spraypack has the basic unit plus the 10 m DN6 stainless steel hose, AirCoat gun AC 4600 Prof. including blue aircap and holder and Air hose DN6, 10 m for AirCoat applications, including the cable tie.

The WTS-F2 range is very well suited to locations with a large DHW demand, such as hotels, sports centres, and apartment blocks, and to providing heating support.
