The machine is equipped with primary and secondary circuits. It is also built with a cover made out of a steel plate UNE-36011 material. The exchanger has two connection flanges, PN16 and PN25.

The Polytetraflon suspended and plug-in heat exchangers are plastic heat exchangers which have a special construction, namely, a shell and tube heat exchanger. The external shell tube either acts as a perforated protective tube or it is completely omitted. Two passages are used to conduct the medium via the hoses. One of the end caps, acting as a floating head, is the site of deviation.

The heat exchangers are ideal for horizontal or vertical installation in containers with limited available space. By using screwed connections, flanged connections or jig-welded connections, fastening can occur on applications such as manholes or necessary tubular supports. The suspended and plug-in heat exchangers are made entirely from ECTFE, PP, PVDF or PFA. The dimensions and exchange surfaces are developed specifically for each customer.

The high temperature exchanger comprises of double complex multi-tube winding gathering embedded into the shell, where two liquid ways are made for full counterflow hotness exchange.
