Shut-off valve / electromechanical / fuel oil burner - DCS

Electro-Mechanical Oil Shut-Off Valves by Maxon is perfect as a general purpose shut off valves. In less than one second, it can cut off oil lines. Made with a variety of materials and combinations, complete with metal-to-metal seating these valves can last very long. A unique feature of the product is that it needs the power only from the burner management system or DCS. It can easily handle pressures up to 41 bar. The company scores over its competitors by providing the facility for moving more fuel in even small size valves.

Shut-off valve / electromechanical / fuel oil burner - 3/8" - 2", max. 42 bar

These Maxon Electro-Mechanical Oil Shut Off Valves control oil lines in less than a second through its electrically actuated valves. Due to MAXON's durable metal-to-metal seating and a variation of nonobligatory body materials and connections, these shut off valves work reliably even for highly corrosive fuels and oxygen.

It may also be used in different operations because of its 3/8" through 2" diameter line sizes, maximum Cv flow factors at 218, and maximum line pressures at 600 PSIG (41 bar).

Burner nozzle - Blast Tips

These Blast Tips manufactured by Eclipse are compact burners specifically designed to manage combustible mixtures of gas and air under sufficient pressure to provide a blasting flame. They are made to withstand combustion without needing the use of firm tunnels. They are also made to prevent the flame from blowing away when operating. These blast tips can be utilized in wide array of heating applications such as heating large range of components or mounting multiple tips to a heat as in a core oven.

Air ejector / for burner - AirJector

The Eclipse Airjector utilizes compressed air to gather substantial volumes of ambient air for combustion units. The Airjector is handy when the function of the combustion system is infrequent or the amount of air needed is limited. It is recommended that a blower be used for continuous operation. Manual temperature control can be had by a needle valve in the line of the compressed air.

Furthermore, automatic control is made possible by fitting a solenoid valve, which will deliver "on and off" control and a solenoid completed with an adjustable bypass will provide "hi-lo" control.

Low-pressure mixer / proportional / gas-air for burners - max. 4 psi

Low Pressure Proportion Mixers offers the ease of mixture under force to open or enclose premix sort of gas burners and are also available for business use for fuel gas at low pressure.

The LP Mixer contains one-valve regulator that does not require to align the gas and air ratios depending upon the heating needs. In situations where gas and air valves need to be fitted manually, there is bound to be an efficiency loss.

These sames losses are covered by the LP Mixer and this speculation instantly pays off in terms of fuel efficiency.

Gas train - max. 20 MM Btu/h

The 790 series is a range of packaged valve trains manufactured by Eclipse engineered to comply according to NFPA 86-2003 or Industrial Risk Insurers IM.4.2.0. standards. The IRI-type can be integrated with a vent-valve or a valve-proving system.

These comprise of standard parts such safety shut off valves, manual shut off valves, high and low pressure switches, position indicators and pressure taps for valve seat leak testing and inline strainers.
Moreover, it has a wide array of optional components such as regulators, valve leak test systems, upstream and downstream gauges that have 2 1/2" face diameter and pilot gas trains that sizes 1/2" or 3/8" to further enhance its operation.
