Weir brings to users three manifolds, namely flow-through, test and circulation in threaded and integral connection sizes that employ Weir SPM plug valves of one to three inches. Non-shock cold working pressure (NSCWP) for threaded is 5,000 and 10,000psi while that for the integral connection size is 20,000psi.
Single or multiple discharge outlets are available in pump discharge manifolds with integral union connections that have a NSCWP of 20,000psi. These are designed using universal dimensions that fit most of the pumps available on the market. They comprise a full bore, thick wall tubing and pump discharge flanges with gauge ports, fixed and adjustable choke as variations.
