GF Piping Systems has brought out a stunning new generation diaphragm valve type 514. This lifts the bar in every respect. It comes with a lockable wheel, bi-colored indicator and an integrated setting for automatic limit switch, making it easier to use.
The previous four-metal-screw design has been replaced by a non-corrosive single union nut. This means it responds predictably to temperature variations, offers a uniform surface pressure and tolerates high pressures up to 16 bar.
The improved alignment means smoother, almost linear flow with twice the transfer for the same energy consumption and better process features.
Dead leg has been brought down to the minimum, increasing the hygiene factor, by the new placement of the branched valve weir to the main pipeline wall.
