High purity semiconductor applications can use the MV-11 manual three-way diaphragm valve, which is also ideal for aggressive gas or chemical applications and ultra-pure water. A molded, high-purity PFA body is used for the design with precision-machined sealing areas, and one-piece machine PTFE diaphragms that ensure increased flexibility and life. This compact package offers maximum flow capability with its full 1/2" orifice.
This precision-machined diaphragm is made using the latest PTFE technology and offers more than five times the flexural life of conventional PTFEs. An excellent diaphragm to body seal is achieved with its tongue and groove seal, leading to lower replacement costs, higher cycle lives and decreased downtime. The effect of corrosive environments is lessened due to its stainless steel spring with PVDF coating.
All valve components are isolated from the external environment with a submersible option, so the valve can continue functioning while operating in gaseous-corrosive or wet environments.

The special design is comprised of a molded high purity PFA body. The LQX 12, a miniature diaphragm isolation valve, is noted for its excellent performance and build quality. Its design is such that there is little or no contamination. The 2-way and 3-way valves have a very reliable, but flexible design of 12 mm width, and is highly useful in analytical, bio-analytical, DNA/RNA synthesis, environmental analyzing and clinical diagnostic OEMs. Its width makes it compact, has two different elastometers, EPDM or FFKM, for the user to choose from. The valve is RoHS compliant.

The Series LVQ chemical valve has a non-metallic (high density PVDF) housing to reduce chemical corrosion. This 2-port poppet-design valve has a diaphragm design allowing the poppet to function smoothly, avoiding micro-bubble formation.
