IL-DSIL a heavy duty process vertical in-line overhung pumps, fitted with single or double entry impeller. To ensure optimal product reliability, the product has been designed with a great deal of structural, thermal, hydraulic and dynamic F.E.M. analysis. The design also saves a lot of floor space, making the baseframe vertically mounted on casing, which in turn is fixed to foundation plate. Dual volutes extend pump life. Axial thrust minimized with closed type impeller with front and rear wear rings and balancing holes. Product allows for various types of size and material combinations. Large eye single suction meets low NPSH requirements. Pump maintenance with back pull-out design. Deep stuffing boxes are designed according to API 682 standards making it perfect for any kind of mechanical or packing seal. Protection against dirt ensured with labyrinths and deflectors.

The VI line heavy duty process pumps are specifically designed for sump applications. These pumps have a single vertical stage with a side discharge column. These pumps are highly efficient and will offer optimum performance at all times without fail. This is achieved through optimized geometry of the pumps parts by hydraulic, thermal, structural as well as high product reliability. In order to minimize axial thrust, the pump uses a closed type impeller which has front and rear wings. The pump can also accept any type of mechanical or packing seal since it has deep stuffing boxes which are designed in accordance to the API 682 international standards. Superior housing to offer protection against dirt as well as other agents that may be undesirable.
