The pressure systems in this product series are ready to use for IPI, CPC, APC and DPC-500 calibrators. Since the indicators and the pumps are formed of separate systems, replacing the pump does not mean that the user will need to repair the complete system. Ametek type T hydraulic pump has been specifically developed for high pressure applications up to 15,000 psi (1,000 bar).
It is possible to choose either oil or a water/alcohol mixture as the medium of pressure when ordering the pump and system.
The type T pump allows using other hydraulic media due to its 300 series stainless steel and Monel construction.
The type T pump includes a dual pressure output manifold, relief valve, and vernier valve for fine adjustment. Also included is a dual volume control. This is useful at lower pressures to deal with sudden pressure increase and for simplified pumping at higher pressures.
