Sluice gate for wastewater treatment

A sluice gate is a mechanism used to cut off or obstruct the passage of a fluid, normally water.

They have three main parts: a gate, a frame and a power mechanism. They can be designed for different loads of water and operating heights, according to the requirements of the installation.

Sluice gates are used in irrigation channels, sewage treatment stations (WWTP) and drinking water treatment stations (ETAP), sewers, reservoirs and in industrial processes.

Sluice gates can be divided into two different types:

Vertical Rising.
Wall-mounted.

Pumping station with shaft - FEL

The advantage of vertical lineshaft pump technology as to safe operation is that the installations comprise a submersible part immersed in the pumped fluid and a mechanically/ electrically driven part positioned on the surface. These pumps are installed in wells, basins and tanks, or are used for directly catching and extracting water, where they allow lifting and overpressure to be obtained with the same machine.

Water pumping station for air humidifier - 85 bar | highPur

Don't settle for less!

The HighPur high-pressure system is at the heart of DRAABE high-pressure air humidification. The system uses an operating pressure of 85 bar to generate a pulsing hydraulic flow of water, which enables microfine, absolute drip-free atomisation of pure water.

Application:

For all DRAABE high-pressure nozzle systems (apart from DRAABE MicroCool).

Compared with other humidification technologies (e.g. compressed air, steam, ultrasound), this system incurs only a fraction of the energy costs and achieves significantly greater humidification output. Under the DRAABE full service package, the HighPur high-pressure system is replaced with a fully maintained and disinfected system every six months.

Benefits at a glance:

* Lower energy costs compared with other humidification technologies
* Effective health protection through automated hygiene functions
* Enables microfine atomisation of pure water
* No internal cleaning expenditure
* 100% reliability and hygiene thanks to patented container replacement
