Prab presents horizontal axis and vertical axis crushers (HAC and VAC).
HAC crushers help in increasing the efficiency of production. They minimize production floor downtime. The crushers safeguard employees from hazardous handling of metal scrap. They have an economical design. They are suited for non-stop, low volume reduction of heavy and thin metal turnings at CNC machine. The metal crusher supports feeding by standard chip conveyors. It can reduce aluminum, steel, copper, brass, and alloys by up to 12 times. The crushers can be used as free standing with an optional frame. They can also be connected to your machines.
Vertical axis crushers (VAC) have been developed to minimize big volumes of metal turnings. These crushers provide significant space savings. They create flowable chips, which are ready for additional processing.
PRAB's chip crusher has a revolving feeder arm and cast cutters. It can easily handle big chunks of tangled turnings. Thus, it automatically brings the turnings down to the size of shovel-grade chips. It consumes low energy.
