Builtrite™ 4-Tine Orange Peel Grapples are advanced devices, which are designed with the professional scrap processor in mind, providing maximum durability and low maintenance and reducing your downtime at the same time. In addition to this, the devices are excellent for un-loading and loading of trucks, railcars, stationary shears, shipping containers, balers and shredders. Note that the model 4 Tine Orange Peel Grapple comes with a custom design and includes a low upper head profile that allows more vertical reach for higher stacking.
The wide openings, at the same time, allow for cleaning out corners of truck bodies, while the high tensile steel is used throughout on all spade tips, providing maximum wear resistance. The hardened cylinder and pivot pins are oversized, while the high pressure cylinders and the bolt-on cylinder shrouds are other major advantages that you should take into account, as they allow maximum protection and easy of maintenance. Finally, the device is easily accessible and well protected.

The Builtrite Model 6TSG-1000 is completely self-sufficient with a 10 cubic yard (7.5 cubic Meter) capacity grapple utilized for dockside locations for loading and unloading of scrap steel, wood debris, coal and other commodities from and to ships and barges.
