Single-pole surge arrester / type 1 - RPBC-25/280/1
It belongs to the category of IEC / EN / VDE: Class I / Type 1 / B+C. It is an overvoltage surge protective device which has been developed for the purpose of offering protection against partial direct and indirect lightning discharges and also for providing protection in zones 0A-1. It comprises of two distinct high performance dual MOV blocks which has a separate disconnection device. The arresters are mounted to the main distribution board. Direct mounting is done on 35 mm DIN rail mount, EN 50022. The status indication is done by remote contact RC and a mechanical flag. The remote signalization is done by RPBC-25/280/1 without any RCdamage contact. RPBC-25/280/1R is provided with potential free-signaling.

Multi-pole surge arrester / type 1 - RPBC-50/280/1N
Relpol's RPBC-50/280/1N is specifically designed to prevent any partial direct and indirect lightning flows. It also offers a protection in the 0A-1 zones. Its (1+1) range is basically used on a TTsingle phase network wherein there is a highly required N to PE galvanic isolation. Its circuit topology is composed of a single varistor stage protected through the aid of a thermal disconnection device. Every single phase unit is composed of a high quality varistor block. The maximum powered air gap or the GDT offers a galvanic separation in- between the PE and N conductors. A special built-in indicator allows the monitoring of the disconnector which shows a flag to indicate a certain operation.
