Apart from this, you should also know that there are various frame sizes to choose from, IEC 710 to 1250, depending on the type of application or project you want to use this item with.

The protection types are IP54, IP55 and IP566, and you can expect a temperature class anywhere between T1 and T4, depending on your needs. Other certificates are available from the manufacturer on request.

The STAMFORD HCI/HCM is a range of industrial or marine class generators which are 4 pole, single or 2-bearing AVR controlled. The engine adaptors go to SAE 00, 0, 1/2, 1, 2 and 3. The coupling discs go to SAE 14, 18 and 21. They are offered for HCI/HCM 5.

The STAMFORD HCKI 5 has a higher output than the HCI 5 with a dedicated SAE 1/2, /14, 0/14 and 0/18 options for adaptor/disc couplings. The windings are 12-wire reconnectable and the voltages range up to 690V. Designed by Cummins Generator Technologies, these devices have standard IP23 enclosure protection included.
