The KINAX N702-INOX HART is a very robust, absolute inclination transmitter. It is particularly suited for use in harsh environments due to its high mechanical strength and the hermetically sealed stainless steel housing. It makes it resistant against aggressive media such as sea water and detergents.

The very simple assembly by the synchro flange or mounting plate, the highly flexible 2-pole signal line with PUR sheath and the free parameterization via HART interface offers maximum installation flexibility.

Tilt sensor - KINAX N702

KINAX N702 is a tilt angle transmitter to cover the direct current signal comparative to the angle. The output signal is an analog sign in the form of current change (4…20 mA). The sensor is contact free with minimal abrasion on the pendulum. Tilt angle uses a platform stand to measure the important data as the part of safety and control system of that type of machinery. The platforms of tilt angle are cranes, heavy duty vehicles, excavators and drilling machines.
Angular measurements are performed in such cases. The measuring ranges, sense of rotation and zero position function programmed directly at the KINAX N702. It has Magneto resistive angular position transmitter. Its analog interface is 4...20 mA. The equipment has a durable aluminum cover with IP66 protection class. An oil dump pendulum is available, but the pendulum shaft has no automatic controls. The sensor is contact free with less abrasion on the pendulum. Transmitter can be directly programmed for measuring range, sense of rotation and zero position programming.

The KINAX N702-CANopen converts the tilt angle into a direct current signal, proportional to the angle. The output signal is available as a digitally CANopen bus interface. The sensor is contact free and has minimal abrasion on the pendulum. Tilt angle values of a platform e.g. on - cranes and heavy-duty vehicles - excavators and drilling machines - ships and offshore facilities stand for important measuring data as a part of the safety and control system of that type of machinery. Angular measurement, for instance for equipment levelling is performed in such cases.
