The FZ-10 series is developed to provide dependable and accurate color discrimination. It has detection fiber sensors which incorporates red, green and blue LEDs as its beam sources that is digitally processed. The fiber can be selected according to the application and object size because four types are available. The color and small travelling objects can be sensed even on a high-speed production line, due to 1ms response time. By pressing a button it recognizes the reference color you want to detect. The tolerance adjuster allows you to set the tolerance of color equivalence in fine-tuning or coarse judgment level.
