Laser alignment system / shaft / wireless - Fixturlaser EVO

Fixturlaser EVO is a simple-to-use device, offering a compact display unit defined by a five-color touchscreen. The item is balanced and slim, allowing users to hold it in one hand. In addition to this, the clean and color-coded graphic user interface facilitates maintenance throughout the alignment and maintenance processes, while this is possible without any hassle or stress. Next, the Fixturlaser EVO device also comes with an extensive shaft alignment package that includes the Feetlock function, which comes in handy for base/bolt-bound machine situations.

Next, the digital tool Fixturlaser was the first device to use CCD technology in this type of sensor, being also the first to deliver a digital shaft alignment on the market. The 30mm CCD detector can be used for obtaining unparalleled repeatability, along with outstanding precision alignment, no matter what the ambient light conditions are.

Geometric measuring system - Fixturlaser NXA Geometry

The Fixturlaser NXA Geometry package is characterized by its user friendliness and versatility. It contains software for straightness and flatness measurements, such as:

Two-axis straightness with three different measurement methods:
Standard straightness for measurement of e.g. machine beds, guideways or support structures.

Straightness for full and half bore applications when measuring e.g. bearing journals for compressors and turbines with split casings.
Flatness measurements of foundations and machine beds when installing machines. Measurements on foundations are done with both rectangular and circular configurations.

User Friendly Graphic User Interface
The graphic user interface is intuitive and 3D animated, with icons and color-coded symbols to guide you throughout the measurement and adjustment process. The measurement results are color-coded relating to the entered tolerances.

Live and Micron Resolution Values
You have live values during measurement and simultaneous live adjustment, in both vertical and

horizontal orientation (X and Y values), during the adjustment process. Measurement results are displayed in micron resolution.

Quick set-up
To speed up the set-up time, the user can choose between creating and saving configurations for future use or re-using saved measurements as templates.

Green Benefits
High precision geometric measurements will result in fewer unplanned stoppages and correctly, installed machinery will result in lower operating costs. By minimizing machine and component wear, production stoppages and costs, you will also contribute to a more sustainable environment!

Laser alignment system / boring / wireless

The FIXTURLASER's bore measurement devices utilize either the Clock method or Arc Angle method. The Clock method devices measure straightness by setting the laser beam parallel to a center line, with two reference points, offering measurements up to 99 points, mostly for full bore measurements, for bearing journals for compressors or for diesel engines. The Arc Angle method devices, also use two reference points, up to 99 points, and the sensor can be placed in three, or up to nine measuring positions, at each measurement point, for finding the center of the object. They can also operate in a single-axis mode. They are mostly used for half bore measurement applications, for compressors or turbine with split casings.

Laser alignment tool / shaft / wireless - Fixturlaser NXA Pro

The NXA Pro by Fixturlaser is a Wireless laser shaft alignment system which is used commonly in the latest technology from the video gaming world and smartphone developments. The manufacturer had made its way since the mid-90s for producing a refined and proven icon driven graphical user interface. The whole unit comprises of a heavy duty touchscreen for harsh condition of the operation. The touch screen ability of its screen makes the alignment task quick and easy. The equipment is supported with OmniView which enables it to see the real time situation of the machine where exactly it was supposed to be. Plus, the unit comes with a protection of IP65 and a sealing which is made of rubber coated aluminum.

Shaft alignment system - PCE-TU 3

The shaft alignment PCE-TU 3 was developed for the optical alignment of shafts in equipment and machinery, the shaft alignment is intended for use so that shafts can be examined in plants and thus can be optimised, through the shaft alignment system PCE-TU 3 should be achieved that the relative position of two coupled machines such as a motor and a pump, changed so that the axis lines of the shafts are aligned in normal operation, in the measuring process with the shaft alignment system PCE-TU 3 it will use two laser probes which measure horizontal and vertical displacement and angular deviation, other parameters such as thermal expansion and tolerances can be taken into account with the shaft alignment , and spacers can be simulated, also included are soft foot measurements, cardan mode and surface flatness of the repertoire from the aligner, after the values have been measured you will be shown on the large display from the pulley alignment device before you have the possibility to put it into the 2 GB memory card to save it, with either USB or Bluetooth the measured values are then very easily transferred from the shaft to a computer, there the measured data from the shaft can be analyzed further and evaluated, to support this a data analysis software is included.
