Heating mantle with magnetic stirrers - +350 °C, 100 - 2 000 ml | MF series

The compact FALC stirring or heating mantles have been developed on the basis of years of experience. They heat & stir matrasses separately or simultaneously. They comply to the European Standards for safety and feature steel cylindrical body, which is painted with an acid proof epoxy paint.

The resistances are made of ceramic fiber block and aluminium calotte is fitted to the body. It is covered with glass-fiber cloth that insulates the item pretty well even in situations of casual matrass breaking. ON/OFF switch with green light completes the heating mantles. A graduated thermo-regulator is used for adjusting the temperature & control with the yellow light. For RPM regulation, step electric converter is used with green light indication of the stirring function.

The FALC's PA Series comprises of heaters made of anodized aluminium materials. It can be utilized for applications wherein slide drying is necessitated. An extensive capacity of up to 20 slides in two rows is incorporated.

The range is manufactured in conformity with the European Safety Standards. It is encased in a steel rectangular housing. An ON/OFF main switch is also integrated. This unit also comes with a green warning purposed for temperature control and regulation.

Through its built-in digital thermometer placed on the front, an easier way of reading the resulting temperature is enabled. The PA Series also guarantees with a resistance beneath the plate temperature.

The SCT1 temperature controller features an in-built clamp allowing the controller to be mounted either on a horizontal or vertical retort rod, providing flexible positioning of the controller. In addition, the stainless steel temperature probe, used to measure the temperature of the sample, is detachable, allowing the main body of the SCT1 temperature controller to be positioned away from potentially damaging fumes. The SCT1 temperature controller regulates the hotplate to accurately control the temperature of the sample, which is set via the large LED display. When not in use the temperature probe can be held securely by the in-built probe holder.

The gas conditioning systems type GRW have been designed for the effective removal of organic silicon compounds (siloxanes) and H2S from fermentation gases. Naturally, GRW cleans the gas efficiently and thoroughly, as organic silicon compounds are always present in fermentation gases. These components need to be filtered out, as siloxanes in a CHP lead to increased wear and tear on motors, causing their breakage.

The gas cleaning systems are delivered mounted ready for use, complete with pipework and cabling, on a stainless steel base frame for installation at ground level. All system components that come into contact with the gas are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The filters can be changed in just a few easy steps, without special tools, by the operators personnel.

The PC 200 is a precision heating plate, manufactured by Borel Switzerland. This product is equipped with heating plane in improved duraluminium, which is covered with Polytetrafluoroethylene and Teflon. It is constructed with stainless steel exterior housing.
