Zero Air can offer purity HC that is less than 0.05 ppm and CO levels that are again less than 0.05 ppm. The devices flow rate range from 1,5 to 30 L/min. Its inlet and outlet filter needs to be changed once a year. It offers improved analytical performance by reducing methane (CH4) to less than 0.05 ppm. It also reduces background noise and improves the base line stability. Zero Air is safe to use. It is economical in operations and is easy to install. It is designed to be used to produce laboratory grade purified and hydrocarbon free air from an existing in house oil free compressed air supply. It does not require high pressure cylinders. The device can be used with GC-FID, NPD, FPD and THA.

Here, electrolysis of water produces hydrogen and the oxygen produced in the process is released to the atmosphere. The gas route system maintains two level of pressure stabilizer and over-pressure protector to enhance the support of gas flow and secure the protection and accuracy of the gas production.
