The 88950108 from crouzet is signal converter designed for voltage conversion. It uses current for input, and voltage output for output. It incorporates 4 Channel 0-20 mA to 0-10 V to Convert Sensors with Current Output to Work with M3 analog inputs, and also Thermocouple and RTD Converters for temperature conversion. Its compact design can be mounted on a DIN rail.
