The ATEX Scale is a scale that has been specifically developed to be installed in a wide variety of ATEX zones which includes 1, 2, 21, and 22 zones. It is also suitable for use in different kinds of applications including food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and offshore operations. The model is flexible as its dimensions and range meets the customer's specifications.
The customer also has the option to choose what kind of material the body of the scale is made of such as either AISI 304-grade stainless steel or AISI 316-grade stainless steel. The body can also have a layer of epoxy. The ATEX Scale is integrated with a capacitive sensor that has a protection rating of UP 68. It is also tolerant on up to 1000% overload.

This is especially good if accuracy at high levels is needed. The maintenance-free scales have IP68 protection. A product of Denmark, it uses a robust capacitive technology, a reliable capacitive sensor that is patented and digital filters that are able to cut down the vibration effect. It has 1000 % overload tolerance and high resolution. It has a 100-meter long cable. The cable length does not affect the scale calibration. It comes with software modules for standard weighing, special purposes and also for customized application requirements. All dimensions, ranges and materials (AISI304 or 316, epoxy coating) can be tailor-made to meet customer specifications.

Scales which are incorporated in the process are built to comply with requirements to hygiene. It is durable enough for a forklift to drive into or over it without destroying the load cells. Easy to maintain, these scales are constructed in accordance with Ingress Protection class 68 and are available in specific dimensions and components. They are installed with digital filter that significantly minimizes the vibration influences. Each scale possesses a load tolerance that can reach a maximum of 1000% and can deliver maximum accuracy and resolution as well. They are fabricated either from epoxy coating or other materials that are requested by the customer.

The Eilersen Scales feature a very robust and low profile platform, making them ideal for use in demanding applications involving water exposure, overloads, vibrations, high humidity and corrosion. These highly accurate scales require zero maintenance and are available in a wide range of dimensions and materials (including AISI304 or 316, epoxy coating), per user specification as well as certified versions for legal for trade.
