This floor scale for food applications is equipped with a hinged gas lift load plate that enables easy wash down in hygienic operations. Scales which are incorporated in the process are built to comply with requirements to hygiene. It is durable enough for a forklift to drive into or over it without destroying the load cells. Easy to maintain, these scales are constructed in accordance with Ingress Protection class 68 and are available in specific dimensions and components. They are installed with digital filter that significantly minimizes the vibration influences. Each scale possesses a load tolerance that can reach a maximum of 1000% and can deliver maximum accuracy and resolution as well. They are fabricated either from epoxy coating or other materials that are requested by the customer.
