Robust Digital load cell - Type SD is an approved beam load cell for powerful, process and common industrial weighing for applications like strap scales, short vessels, filling and process tools etc. The OIML is approved as per OIML R60 is manufactured in Denmark and is made of stainless steel. This rugged capacitative technology offers high forbearance of up to 1.000% overload, cord distances up to 100 meters, calibration isolated from cord height and a smooth mechanical and electrical setup.

The keys features of this hermetically wrapped product includes greater precision, high resolution, digital filters, an exchangeable load cell, OIML R60 precision up to C6 (MI10) and a patented greater dependability capacitative sensor.

It is available in versions approved with ATEX certification for applicability in 1, 2, 21 and 22 Zones. It incorporates hermetic sealing which complies with IP68/IP69K guidelines. It is ruggedly structured in stainless steel. It is capacitive in nature and designed to deliver exceptionally high degrees of exactitude and resolution. It imparts impressive tolerance rates of maximum 1.000% overload. It is equipped with digital filters. It can be installed on platforms of size 400 x 400mm.

The SPSX provides excellent response times to transients. All components are welded by laser technology. It is extremely easy to set-up, both mechanically as well as electrically. It is supplied with optional cables that are completely devoid of halogen and are resilient to mud and dirt. The cables enable the device to be efficiently installed in off-shore applications. The cables are extremely conducive to easy replacement. The device is perfectly qualified for use in belt scales, bench scales, checkweighers, graders, platform scales, filling machines and multi-head weighers.

The Single Point Load Cell 2022 unit is ideally designed to provide a good quality performance and functionality. It is built with a single point load which weigh platforms and bunkers. It is specifically constructed for the off-center load maximum platform size of 800 x 800 cm that with an anodized aluminium alloy. It is also integrated with an IP protection of 64. The load cell is compliant with the OIML/R60 up to 3000d for scales in class III according to EN 45 501 which goes with the available options of ATEX Ex ia IIC T6 to T4, protection cover and reinforced protection against corrosion.
