The 4034 dual-channel pulse generator is programmable and designed for the testing of circuits and digital systems based on ECL, CMOS or TTL technologies. All parameters, including transition time and pulse width, can be set independently, and both of the generator’s channels offer complete functionality. Pulses with up to six digits resolution are generated by the 4034 with a rate of repetition up to 50MHz.
Additionally, variable widths from 10ns to 10s as well as pulse delays ranging from 0ns to 10s are generated. The pulse amplitudes can be set from 0.1 to 10Vpp, and output levels can be adjusted from -10V to 10V. Pulses are generated in various modes, including triggered, continuous, counted and gated.

B&K Precision model 4033 programmable pulse generator is suitable for testing of TTL-/CMOS-/ECL- technology-based digital systems and circuits. The device generates pure and precise pulses at a resolution of up to 6 digits and up to 50 MHz repetition rate. It offers pulse delays from 0 ns to 10 s and variable pulse widths from 10 ns to 10 s. Output levels can be adjusted in the range of -10 V to +10 V, and pulse amplitudes can be set from 0.1 Vpp to 10 Vpp into a load of 50 ohm.
With model 4033, either the front panel or remote control commands can be used for programming of every parameter, mode, and function. Selectable complementary pulses are also offered by the device. It also allows generation of double pulse in a variety of burst modes such as triggered, continuous, counted and gated.
