The 4034 dual-channel pulse generator is programmable and designed for the testing of circuits and digital systems based on ECL, CMOS or TTL technologies. All parameters, including transition time and pulse width, can be set independently, and both of the generator’s channels offer complete functionality. Pulses with up to six digits resolution are generated by the 4034 with a rate of repetition up to 50MHz. Additionally, variable widths from 10ns to 10s as well as pulse delays ranging from 0ns to 10s are generated. The pulse amplitudes can be set from 0.1 to 10Vpp, and output levels can be adjusted from -10V to 10V. Pulses are generated in various modes, including triggered, continuous, counted and gated.
