This family of function pulse generators is are ideal for ATE and bench-top applications. These generators provide an unparalleled combination of operating features at an affordable price. The 80/81 models are ideal for a variety of testing applications, thanks to their non-continuous and continuous modes to choose from. A 10-50MHz range of negative pulse waveforms, as well as sine, square, triangle, and a positive pulse, are generated by each of these generator models. Additional features of these generators include automated calibration, phaselock offset control modes, as well as FM, AM, and VCO modes and an HP 8116-A emulation mode (81 family only).
