The LCS is a portable gadget for measuring the Opacity of an Exhaust Gas let out of a Diesel Operated Engine. Unique Air-Knife System assures dependable measurement of an opacity of exhaust gas sample and is a direct & continuous measurement system. So designed that it needs minimum maintenance. The sensor is a sold-state GaAs device elevated to temperature of 43 degrees centigrade to compensate output signal and uses partial stream measuring technique. Green LED is indicating device pulsating at the rate with a peak at 560 nm.
