The DAQ-1212ETM is a unique product in the data acquisition industry. It provides eight channels of analog input and eight channels of analog output, both with 12-bit resolution. The original member of this family, the DAQ-1212C, offered a wide range of programmable features. In the DAQ-1212E, the input and output voltage ranges are fixed at the time of manufacture and are not programmable at run time, interrupts are not supported, and there is no filtering of the analog signal. However, it is possible to provide various gain settings on special order, including individual channel differences.
