The PPH 405 series of electrostatic bells from KREMLIN REXSON and SAMES is a high-speed disc atomizer that is ideally used for liquid painting procedures. It is used with an Omega type conveyor, with the PPH 405 unit uprightly placed on a center-based reciprocating mechanism. It is a flexible atomizer unit which may be used for metal frames or wooden fixtures. The electrostatic controls assure stable atomization, and the atomizing disc is powered by an air turbine inside an insulated casing, which is connected to a high-powered booster. Moreover, it is designed to house 3 product circuits, where 2 of which come with either a 2 or 3 way valve directly connected to the injector, and one for cleaning purposes.

The Graco Overspray Control Kit is especially made to cater to spraying exteriors. It features wet parts made of Aluminum, Tungsten, PTFE, Carbide, and stainless steel. Its maximum working pressure measures up to 3600 psi. It offers two settings, the SPRAY and FLUSH setting. Its valve set to the SPRAY setting for spraying at pressures above 700 psi, whereas for FLUSH setting the valve must be turned or override. Furthermore, FLUSH setting is used for low pressure spraying applications below 1000 psi. As a safety measure, it features a trigger lock to prevent the gun from being triggered accidentally by hand or if dropped or bumped.
