It is fully integrated into the hub and is suitable for tough applications due to its Vulkollan coating. BLDC-Wheel Drive 3213 i-Wheel-A-170-73 is a high torque external rotor motor and has a small overall depth. This will then ensure that there is a lot of freedom in the creative sense when designing the vehicle layout. The wheel drive can be made easily available with or minus a brake even. There is a flange plate which can be adapted individually to suit customer requirements. There is a good possibility to have the drives customized.

The AC Series manufactured by Mini Motor is a three-phase AC coaxial geared motor that comes with 2 to 4 poles that are totally enclosed and well ventilated. It is made from die-cast aluminum body materials with hardened pair of gears and rotating shafts. This device is equipped with a thermal for safety usage and has a winding class H made according to the CEI EN 6-529. Additionally, the class H winding unit has an ingress protection degree of IP-65.
In addition, the AC three-phase AC coaxial geared motor has ring seals made from white rubber which functions for the high temperature operations. Also, it has a rated torque with a power supply ranging up to 5 Nm.

The ACC series is a permanent magnet in-line electric spur gearmotor. Mini motor had modified the motor to have direct current with permanent magnets which is totally enclosed with external ventilation. It has a Class F winding and it requires a power supply of 12 or 24 Vcc. It can absorb power up to 60 W.The gear unit is formed using a die-cast aluminium and is case-hardened and hardened gear pairs with shafts rotating on roller bearings. It need a long-life oil as lubrication. The sealing rings of the motor are made of special rubber that helps the motor withstand high temperatures. The motor can be supplied with an electromagnetic brake at 24 Vdc with initial KB (ACCKB) upon request.

This is a motor asynchronous gear-meter with one or 3 phases. It comes along with 2-4 poles which are totally enclosed and have outside ventilation. On the single phase model there is a thermal safety cutout. It has the winding of Class F. The CEI EN 60529 have given it the IP65 protection .
The gear unit casing is made of die-cast aluminium.The case is hardened with gear pairs and a special shaft with rotates on roller bearings. It has been lubricated with long life oil. The sealing rings are made for high temperature in a special kind of rubber.
It has 14 gear ratios that are available from 6.48 to 372.8.
The rated torque is about 20 nm.
The versions available are B3 or B5.
