Mitsubishi Electric had gather different devices that allows machine builders and end customers to upgrade their production safety and improve productivity through MELSERVO MR-J4 series which consist of amplifiers, associated positioning units, simple motion modules and high-end motion control systems.

The development of MR-J4 by Mitsubishi had created a remarkable improvement in true-running characteristics, maximum positioning accuracy and processing speed which make MR-J4 a modern high-end machines. Plus it features its user-friendly software to minimize the time-consuming and complicated matching of mechanical and electronic systems. The MR Configurator2 programming tool makes everything easy in calibration, monitoring, diagnostics, reading and writing of parameters and test operation that can be carried out easily on a standard PC.

The Parker Compax3 global servo drive platform is fitted with both single- and multi-axis drives in addition to its efficient and reliable hydraulic controllers. This device is suitable for solving a multitude of motion control application problems, ranging from the basic torque/velocity control to intelligent drives with PLC open functions and electronic CAM control. The Compax3 features power ratings of 1kVA to 110kVA, and is compatible with power input supplies of 1*230VAC to 3*480VAC.

This device supports synchronous-, asynchronous-, linear- and torque-motor applications. It also features a large selection of feedback options including resolver, encoder, single/multi-turn sincos plus incremental analogue encoder with sine-cosine signals. These is one encoder output, one encoder input, eight digital inputs, four digital outputs as well as two analog inputs and outputs.

The drive features resolver, incremental/less wire encoder, a SinCos encoder featuring EnDat interface, and SinCos+Hiperface absolute encoder feedback. It also has a positioner with trapezoidal speed profile.

Hi-Drive features a digital lock that enables correction for variable ratio and phase. It has electronic cams. It also has an integrated PLC with ladder and instruction list programming language (256 steps). It has a full IEC 61131 programming environment. The CanBus standard is CanOpen DS402 or SBCCAN.

Available are expansion boards available for Profibus-DP and I/O expansion.
