Thanks to the automatic and immediate air shut-off device, these motors guarantee high torque repeatability. They guarantee reliable operation in every working condition, also at low air feed pressure, both in vertical and in horizontal axis in respect to components to be tightened. Reversible and non-reversible, they have two different starting systems (push to start or direct start from a remote control signal). All models are equipped with poted signal. A strain gauge torque transducer is built-in to these air nut-runner motors, which also come with air shut-off torque control. Not only can the motors control whether or not the clutch is shut-off correctly, they can read the amount of torque being applied by the tool on the joint. With the ability to memorize the data and identify errors, the tightening cycle can be processed. Errors that can be identified include incorrectly tightened or loose screws.
The applied torque is converted by the static-type strain gauge torque transducer into an electrical signal that is processed by the TOCS TC computerized unit. No problems will pass unnoticed.
