The Power Mate i-D is a system with two free paths that can be both used in controlling a servo or spindle motor. Two single-axis machines can be operated at the same time through the use of the aforementioned control system. This system is ideal for a number of applications in which the positioning and high performance PLC functionalities are mandatory. It is also useful for rapid assembly lines, handling systems and inspection lines. The Power Mate i-D can control up to 32 axis, with four working simultaneously as they were built for multiple-path operations while performing a dual-check protection.

Its compact framework features built in power supply, ethernet network, external encoder interface and high speed registration inputs enabling OEM's to design a high-performance system in a minimal footprint. Furthermore, it compromises of a very high performance motion CPU equivalent to our Q172DiQ platform motion CPU that can be connected to MR-J3-B series servos over Mitsubishi Electric's servo system control network (SSCNET III).
