Helical gear reducer - STADIO series
The STADIO range consists of a modular structure, thereby providing it an individual segment for mounting on fitted geared motor (PAM). Additionally, it is provided with a synthetic oil for the entire lifespan without any maintenance. Similar to all the linkable gear containers and motors produced by Motive, the STADIO can be positioned at any locations without any parameters.
The initial efficiency is of 98% and is often less compared to the efficiency at rated velocity. The pre-phase compartment can only be paired with a different reduction segment whereas a powder paint finish eliminates the side-effects of aluminium porosity. It also safeguards the framework against oxidation. Moreover, the gears are reinforced in tempered steel for increasing the silence, production and the lifespan.
