Italplant's MK3 Parallel Shaft Indexers are generally utilized for applications that involve converting constant rotary input motion into intermittent output rotary motions. Movement conveyance is achieved via pairs of cams (each) that have conjugated profiles, input shaft mounted-functions, and meshing components with sets of roller followers.
Roller followers are pre-loaded, in order to ensure accurate positioning of output shafts during indexing and dwell operations. Cam profiles are hardened and ground, while the roller followers are mounted on hardened shafts; they are also supported at both ends. The profiles are engineered to mesh with at least 2 opposite followers. This stops any play process possibilities, and improves accuracy and repeatability of the indexing. Possible shock and vibration occurrences are also minimized.

The MK3 Italplant Parallel Shaft Oscillators are intended to convert an uninterrupted rotary input motion into an oscillating rotary output motion. A standard oscillating cycle is made by a single revolution of the input shaft. Revolution is made of two output motion periods of opposite direction, with or without having dwell periods. The output stroke is the angle through which the output shaft rotates during a particular motion. This device can be made through the use of any combination of motion period, dwell period, and output stroke.
Furthermore, this is specifically equipped with heavy-duty camshafts, hardened steel cams, and a highly-precised pre-loaded roller followers. The accuracy of station positions in the machine depends on the installation of the machine components.

The SX 25 by Italplant is a Globoidal cam indexing drive which is designed for rotary table applications. This unit comes with a low profile which features its speed, precision and reliability at competitive price compared to other air and hydraulic devices. Each of the device has a high performance drive package which includes an indexer, worm reducer, AC or DC motors and enclosed proximity switch. Plus, an optional safety output torque limiter SOTL/ATT. Another optional feature would be having a center thru hole designed for mounting of the equipment cables passage. The user can have an option of choosing either motor or worm reducer positions. Each of the unit comes with a low profile compact packaging and a fully ground cam profile.

It has a precision on heavy duty cam followers. Its rigid cast iron housing have the largest range of stops & index periods and a pre-loaded taper roller bearings. Furthermore, it has an optimum motion law and a special Italplant "twin-dwell" cam for extra high speeds. The unit ensures the positional accuracy is being maintained and the mechanisms will work in both directions equally.
