The MK 12 is a globoidal cam indexer without backlash. It has a dynamic capacity from 100 to 22.000 Nm and a centre distance from 54 to 400 mm. The unit has a hardened & ground steel cam. It has a precision on heavy duty cam followers. Its rigid cast iron housing have the largest range of stops & index periods and a pre-loaded taper roller bearings. Furthermore, it has an optimum motion law and a special Italplant "twin-dwell" cam for extra high speeds. The unit ensures the positional accuracy is being maintained and the mechanisms will work in both directions equally.
