Logos IWC is the first integrated machining center designed with computer numerical control and totally automatic operation. The device enables to perform complete cycles of drilling, milling, tenoning and profiling for the production of solid wood windows. Logos IWC is capable to automatically handle and position every workpiece independently without any manual intervention by using electrically controlled manipulators and clamping units. The inner and outer profiling sequences is carried by 4 heads that work in splitting mode to obtain optimal result. The glazing bead is prepared and recovered automatically. The alternation of heads enable to all machining phases and automatically performs all the necessary tool changes in hidden time for optimal quality and production. The Logos SCH machine center is automatically operated and integrated with computer numerical control. The machine handles and positions each work-piece automatically, and does not require manual intervention. It works by means of electrically controlled clamping units and manipulators. With its double work-piece conveying system, it can process two work-pieces simultaneously in the drilling, milling, and tenoning phases. An alternating head process carries out every machining phase automatically. There is a possibility for four work-pieces to be machined simultaneously by means of four motors working in the splitting mode for the outer profile and inner profile. The maximum number of controlled axes is 24.

It provides the performance of full cycles of tenoning, drilling, milling and profiling used in the production of solid wood windows.

Proton SCH manages and positions all the work pieces automatically and needs no manual interference, with the help of electrically monitored manipulators and clamping units. All machining phases are done with the help of repeated rotation of heads which automatically functions the required tool moderation in less time assuring greater productivity.

The distinct feature of Proton SCH is that it has minimum dimensions for a machining center that provides the full processing cycle needed for production of solid wood windows.

It is geared to accomplish complete cycles- from conception to realization- of diverse tasks such as tenoning, drilling, milling, profiling, etc. in the manufacturing of windows from solid wood.

The machining center automatically loads and aligns individual work-pieces, with absolutely no manual involvement. It achieves this with the aid of electrically guided conveyors and clamps. The individual machining cycles are conducted by alternating of diverse heads. The required tools are automatically changed in latent time, which serves to enhance quality of production and grants high levels of output and fast turnaround.

Logos TEAM can be outfitted with a pantograph table which facilitates the creation of semi-finished arches, utilizing the same tools that are used in the linear manufacturing.
