Logos TEAM is a comprehensive machining unit, armed with computer numeric control- CNC- and fully automated operational capabilities. It is geared to accomplish complete cycles- from conception to realization- of diverse tasks such as tenoning, drilling, milling, profiling, etc. in the manufacturing of windows from solid wood. The machining center automatically loads and aligns individual work-pieces, with absolutely no manual involvement. It achieves this with the aid of electrically guided conveyors and clamps. The individual machining cycles are conducted by alternating of diverse heads. The required tools are automatically changed in latent time, which serves to enhance quality of production and grants high levels of output and fast turnaround.
Logos TEAM can be outfitted with a pantograph table which facilitates the creation of semi-finished arches, utilizing the same tools that are used in the linear manufacturing.
