It has earned massive reputation worldwide for their innovative products in these specific areas. With the introduction of the HV 20 tub vibrator, OTEC has now extended its product range. It is still further enlarging its scope of available options required for mass finishing, deburring, and edge rounding and polishing.
The tub vibrator has many highlights. For example it has the 20g reverse acceleration for much shorter finishing times compared to other systems. It can be operated under normal production conditions as it provides soundproofing. It offers centrifugal force of 1000 kg and is quite easy to use. It has motor output of 1.3 kW with continuous water flow and speed control. It can be used for dry and wet finishing, especially the internal surfaces.
This machine can provide very intensive finishing within the internal surfaces especially. The processing time is much shorter compared to other conventional tub vibrators.
