Collet chuck holder for heavy-duty applications - MAXIN

The MAXIN power chuck tool is optimized for finishing and roughing operations that call for efficient metal removal with high precision and torque transmission. Its compact design creates minimal tightening torque on the frontal nose, creating high gripping pressure. The tool is designed for simple operation.

The tool utilizes a sealed nut, thick wall construction that provides resistance against side loading force. This allows for direct tool shank chucking without any intermediate collet necessary. When the chuck is secured, the tool shank does not create any axial drawback. The sealed clamping nut has a non threaded design, comparable to ER collet chucks.

The chucking system can be made used with both stationary and rotating applications. The major applications of the device include finish milling, drilling, internal turning, reaming, accurate and fine machining. The appealing features of the device are the higher accuracy provided by it and also the reduced torque needed for activating clamping mechanism.

It can also increase the life of the cutting tool and can provide with excellent surface finish. It has a high runout accuracy of less than 0.003 mm and it need very low torque to trigger the clamping mechanism.
