1. Using the RPS clean rack-pinion linear cutting precise can reach 0.02mm.
2. If the machine is not used, specially constructed Y-axis swing arm permits easy transport and space saving.
3. There is no need to assemble or to re-adjust, plug and play system for the whole machine.
4. Beside the common air plasma power source, it also supports the high definition plasma source such as Max Pro series or HPR series.
5. It supplies brand new High speed THC. It is favorable for the bigger plasma torch.
6. All machines operations are friendly.
7. Dual screw guiders can make THC more accurate.
8. Using the high precise rail and guider makes the machine run best.
9. The servomotor and driver make a closed loop circuit.

The high precision 24kg heavy rails are adapted in Y-asis, extendable as long as you wish.
The high precision rack and pinion is adopted in the X-asis and Y-asis.
The automatic ignition feature is optional ,the standard package has one oxy-fuel torch with the motorized driven, the capacitive or the arc voltage THC is optional, to help the customer to realize automatic oxy-fuel and plasma cutting.
Multi Straight cutting torch can be equipped due to the customer reques.
