The PE-CUT-A4 is a flame/plasma cutting machine from Perfect Lasers. It contains a simple machine construction with a bench-gantry structure. It is welded after it underwent a vibration aging treatment in order to remove stress. This provides a long operational life with no deformation. The machine is installed with an all mechanical drive system with the use o rolling bearings and precision gears. This cutter is integrated with a planetary reduce drive system with an input and output error of only 16 arc minutes.
