The FP series consists of portable sealers. These constant heat healers, with single or double bars, come in four models to seal different types of materials.
The 150 P is composed of a one heated jaw while the 150 T have a double heated jaw. Both models uses these jaws for light and medium gauge polyethylene film. The 150 B is made of two flat jaws used especially for waxed paper, foils, military specification barrier material, aluminum and other types of laminations. The 150 C is made of two serrated jaws used especially for cellophane, waxed paper, foils, military specification barrier material, aluminum and other types laminations.
These portable sealers can be operated easily with its jaws being manually closed. The sealers are suited for table use by using two clamps and a foot pedal.

It features a sealing head which has a centering plate which is needed for each sealing rim geometry. It has a variety of functions such as it features a centring plate which has an opening as per the geometry of the pail. With the help of guiding pulleys the sealing membrane is guided above the centering. The sealing head is pressed on the membrane and seals the membrane on the sealing rim. The same time, a cutter cuts the membrane beside the sealing rim. After sealing, the sealing head and the centring plate are picked up and membrane feed is effected by one unit. In addition to this, the sealing temperature and dwell time of plastic films and laminated materials are also worth mentioning. The automatic heat sealer comes with various impressive features, such as the digital P.I.D. temperature control technology, and the manual or pedal switch, which ensures a safe and friendly operation.
There are five groups of tests at different temperatures, which can be activated simultaneously, while the independent temperature control is provided for the upper and lower jaws. The product is controlled by a micro-computer with LCD and PVC operation panel, while being compatible with ASTM F2029 standards. Finally, the sealing temperature is 250 degrees Celsius, while the temperature gradient is less than 20 degrees Celsius.
