The compact, easy-to-use Gradient heat sealer is designed for determination of sealing pressure. In addition to this, the sealing temperature and dwell time of plastic films and laminated materials are also worth mentioning. The automatic heat sealer comes with various impressive features, such as the digital P.I.D. temperature control technology, and the manual or pedal switch, which ensures a safe and friendly operation.There are five groups of tests at different temperatures, which can be activated simultaneously, while the independent temperature control is provided for the upper and lower jaws. The product is controlled by a micro-computer with LCD and PVC operation panel, while being compatible with ASTM F2029 standards. Finally, the sealing temperature is 250 degrees Celsius, while the temperature gradient is less than 20 degrees Celsius.
