Boxmat 2500 Boxmakers provide perfect solution for short run production of boxes or large scale box manufacturing. The machines are designed for companies requiring in-house production of cardboard boxes and flexibility of a quick box size change.
The use of Boxmat machines allows efficient manufacturing of a single box or hundreds, depending on the demand. In just several seconds, with the use of a touch screen HMI, you can set up a preprogrammed corrugated style FEFCO boxes in any size. Use on single or double-wall corrugated material up to 13mm thick.

The Pack Point 08 model engineered by Ferplast, is a semi-automatic cardboard box / case erector that functions for forming the bottom of uniform size batches of American type boxes. This machine is integrated with a taping machine to provide a compact and an efficient packaging line.

For its procedure, the operator inserts the open box in the case erector that will be followed by an automatic locking of the box in its position. The pneumatic pusher makes an expulsion of the box for the taping process.

This Pack Point 08 case erector runs with an utmost production rate of 300 boxes/h. It highlights a 4 bar compressed air supply and a 7.5 nl of consumption per cycle. Furthermore, it offers a machine dimension of 1240/1550 mm X 805 m.

The F 2000 Automatic Carton Erector is applicable in making the bottom of American-type boxes and for specific carton size batches. This machine can also use in combining with a bottom carton sealer having self-adhesive tape or hot-melt.

This can easily and quick to adjust for various carton sizes through its handwheels. With its decreased dimensions, this F 200 enables to be integrated in existing lines or mounted in a small space.

It is constructed with bent, bolted and painted steel sheet. This contains an electropneumatic actuation, operation control with electronic logic and dedicated microprocessor with programmable EPROM. It also has an LCD used for monitoring with 40 character x 2 rows.

The CE-11-P forms square-shaped cases which are up to 730mm long. It also closes the flaps with hot melt. The performance of the case erector is great when minimal carton thickness is handled.

The case has a perfectly controlled case erecting and this eliminates the possibility of crushed cartons. No hassles during packing as there is a guaranteed case squareness. One needs to make just 5 adjustments for quick format change. Continuous production is maintained even during refill of hot melt glue. When using long cases especially, the running cost is low with hot melt. It can offer up to 16 cases per minute across a wide range of formats.

A wide range of bulk products can be packed with this machine. Examples are caps and closures, semi-liquids, powder and granules, confectionery etc..

The CE-11-G case erector by Pattyn, is a stand alone machine which can be integrated in an existing line or installed in a complete automated Pattyn packaging line, run by only one operator.

The pallet is initially loaded into the machine with a stack of blank cartons. The planopicker with 20 vacuum cups then picks up the blank from the stack. The blank carton falls open and is moved to a folding position, and then the bottom flaps close. The box is finally turned upright on the conveyor.

Once the stack of cartons are empty, the pallet is automatically removed and evacuated so a new stack can be loaded into the machine. Some of its features include vacuum cups with mechanical arm and a touch panel for easy operation.
