Robopac presents an automatic carton forming machine with a high output and a long lifespan. The new SUPERBOX forming machine retrieves the cardboard blanks, opens, folds and forms the boxes and then seals the bottom with tape. This highly versatile machine can use tape rolls of the kind commonly found on the market. The machine is composed of a blanks magazine, a section where the cartons are opened, and a discharge roller where the cartons are taped at the base.
Format changeovers are easily done using 5 handwheels and adjusting the strikes in the blanks magazine and the position of the suction caps. Three versions are currently available, including the Superbox 544, 545 and 645.

The EC40 automatic erecting machine for RSC cases is capable of horizontal case erecting and features a compact design with a simple installation procedure as well as a high capacity case loading magazine (placed 1200 mm above the machine) for increased ease of use and comfortable operation. The TLM Box Erector features a swiveling blank magazine mounted to the machine's front side. The magazine is interchangeable, making it a size-dependent tool. A TLM-F3 robot removes box blanks from the magazine, and these blanks are guided over gluing nozzles by a TLM-F2 robot to accomplish the erection process.
