The fixed portal crane PK1 is suitable for lifting and transporting loads varying from from 125 kg to 1,600 kg. This would be done in a linear way within a warehouse or between two work stations. The portal crane has a rolled profile beam as the crane rail, two supports with welded base plates, threaded rods, composite anchors and trolley end stops.
It is sufficiently strong and has a spacious concrete floor, with a minimum thickness of 200 mm and the concrete quality of C/20/25 (B25) are among the necessary mounting requirements. If the minimum thickness of the floor is not known, the profile supports have to be anchored to special foundations.

PK1 CS-EP system offers flexible extension to any length unlike the portal crane system. This enables PK1 CS-EP system to serve a multitude of work stations or machine tools in a row. Including electric trolleys enables handling of up to 1,000 kg load capacities. The system comprises of one or more rolled profile beams, portal supports made of profile beams, and fixed end stops at the end of the rail.
Manual or electric hoists of normal or low headroom version in conjunction with manual or electric trolleys may also be used. The system needs good reinforced and dimensioned 200 mm thick concrete floor for mounting. The concrete used must be of minimum C/20/25 (B25) quality. (If the minimum thickness of the floor is not given, the profile supports an also be anchored in special foundations.)
