Welding quality monitoring unit

CPC (complete process control) enables controlled vibration starting and active stopping; making it possible to have optimum vibrations throughout the welding process. Active braking reduces the mechanical load of the weld layer during the cooling stage.

This patented technique makes it possible to monitor and control the frequency, amplitude, time, power and energy.

When used in combination with the dual winding technique, our vibration welders are 50% more efficient than conventional vibration techniques. The process time is shorter with, at the same time, a 30-40% decrease in the appearance of welding residue, and the quality of weld seams is markedly improved. Active slowdown also reduces the mechanical load on the welding line during the cooling process.
