Testing bell is typically designed and manufactured to fulfill the needs of vacuum seam inspection system which require highly stable transparent test bells varying in shape and size in accordance with the vacuum gauze.The system consists of two practical handles, one of which is integrated with the venting valve for the rapid vacuum decay.These are provided with standard test bells for the purpose of checking individual sites occurring in a container or a seal.The special elastic sealing allows even the testing of perpendicular surfaces occurring at a particular angular deviation.
Unevenness of edges are also unable to limit the test ability through this mechanism.Such a situation requires an even stronger suppression of the test bell for the construction of the vacuum.The test specimen is entirely different from a rectangle from the container.This compels special test bells and this requires a drawing illustrating the shape of the testing information.The vacuum is generated through a compressor or vacuum pump being connected through a 10m long fabric-reinforced PVC hose with a bayonet coupling and a quick release coupling to the respective test bell.

The compact and plastic vacuum seam testing system is flexible yet highly effective. The ingenious design incorporates a vacuum manometer on the side and the ventilation system in the handle itself, which considerably reduces the space requirement and scores big on tidiness. The system is ideally suited for testing various locations in a receptacle or seal.
Our stable and quick-working test bells come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The highly transparent square plastic testing bell affords effective testing of slightly malformed or rectangular areas and even those with uneven edges, on application of some extra pressure. However, care must be taken not to push it beyond limits. For special shapes and vast deviations from square surfaces, we provide custom-designed test bells on provision drawing and supplementary details.

By means of the shown standard test bells, you can test all places that can usually be found in receptables or in seal. Because of the extraordinarily elsatic packing, a testing of rectangular areas is also possible in case of certain deviations from squareness. Testing is neither impeded by a minor uneveness of the edges. In such casese, the test bell must be pressed harder to build up a vacuum.
If the geometry of the area to be tested in considerably different to a rectangualr one, testing is possible by using special test bells. In order to make such specific test bells, we need a drawing or detailed information about the shape of the area to bes tested.
