COSMO PU-100.110 is the ideal solution for nearly all current constructional bonding applications. Even at extreme load, you achieve safe and durable assemblies of your jointing components, both in handcraft as well as in the industrial field.
Compared with the customary competition, COSMO PU-100.110 e.g. offers the following properties:
very quick full hardening, also of 4 mm thick adhesive bead
viscoplastic and resistant glued joint instead of brittle-rigid junctions
bubble-free and homogenous structure of the adhesive film

Utilizing COSMO PU-100.200 means using of an adhesive system that was intended for various areas of relevance in shipbuilding or wherever a fireproof adhesive is necessary.
Exact concentration has been given to rapid curing and a very superior blending power of the adhesive system, shared with a perfect collision withstanding.
COSMO PU-100.200 provides fast blending power, coupled with appropriate processing properties and outstanding tensile shear force for friction-locked blending of ship furniture to walls, for socket heavy structures and work plates or for connecting butt joints of sandwich components.
COSMO PU-100.200 allows the customer to give back tolerances of the materials to be connected as the adhesive is gap-filling and tolerance bonding.

The COSMO PU-190.110 is a newly developed power adhesive with a polyurethane base. Glass fibers are incorporated which enhance its power reinforcement. An exceptionally high strength compound with impact resistance is provided by the glass fiber content.
The COSMO PU-190.110 is also exceptionally waterproof (EN 204) according to the D4 strain group and the glued joint is highly resistant against temperature and weather, as determined by the WATT 91 (DIN EN 14257) test method.

The 'DeathGrip' of UR2109 is the version of the Great Ape adhesive that can be purchased in larger quantities than the competitive product. The UR2109 is a single part moisture cure urethane adhesive.
It is used in structural applications, the main uses being wood on wood to wood and wood to aluminum applications. In dry climates, water misting of the substrates is sometimes required. The UR2109 foams slightly upon exposure to the moisture and will fill small gaps. The product has a viscosity of about 4,000 cps. The cure is affected by reacting with ambient moisture in the air and in the substrates. Handling strength is achieved in about 30 minutes and the adhesive is dry to the touch in about 60 minutes.
